A Cloud Journey This Will Be!

Welcome,

I Love Clouds.
I Love Their Shapes.
I Love The Feeling Of Different Textures I Experience Visually From Clouds.

I Amass Photos Of Clouds.

I rarely feel disappointment when I view the photographed Clouds emerge on my Computer's Screen.  Mostly I feel awed.
Mostly I give thanks that my Vivaz Phone has recorded each Cloud's Story we gather as well as I feel it does.
For me, mostly I see within each photo, the feelings I experienced from the Clouds are visibly intact.  Often I see more to experience also, even though I am only viewing a captivating moment of the photographed Cloud's full Story.

The gifts Clouds give me, I felt may also be a journey you might enjoy experiencing.  I randomly view my Collection Of Cloud Story Photos.  To share those Journeys with you will be a pleasure.
Therefore, may my photos of Clouds sharing of their stories also be a meaningful experience for you...

The first photo Vivaz and I recorded on 5 January 2011 at 6.04pm is looking towards a North Easterly direction. In Australia January is Summertime....

I love what can happen to the Sky in the East at Sunset times. I also should have mentioned that my Journeys with Clouds includes their Relationship Stories with Earth. I apologise and hopefully am forgiven.
The tones of greys I feel are beautiful in the above photo. The Trees silhouetted, the dark foreground with Trees, Sky and Clouds reflected in the just visible dam.... I feel Nature is always a wondrous experience.

The next photo is of only Clouds amid the Sky. One will be looking towards North-West. I took the photo on 18 January 2011, at 12.34pm.....

The above Cloud Story occurred about 2 weeks after the previous. Vivaz manages to do that wonderful intense blue to photos when we do Clouds. I don't mind at all. The Sky's colouring for me becomes the canvas accentuating the Clouds' shapes and textures, which I very much like. Interesting different textures happening among those Clouds.

If you would like to view any as larger, please click on the photo. Please remember though, they are from my phone Vivaz, so SLR quality will not happen. If you would like to continue, please do....

The next photo is one of my favourites. I did crop it. The result gave a panoramic look, which I hope is experienced when I load it here. One is looking again towards the North-Easterly direction, but a little more towards the Easterly aspect. Happened three days after the previous, on 23 January 2011 at 6.38pm....

Not quite as majestic as feels when large on a large screen... but the Sun's Western setting conversation with those Clouds in the East is exquisite I feel. Hardly visible in the above smaller version, is the hint of the two Horses in the foreground to the right. When enlarged their just being present adds much to the photo. As does the bits of Urban Life -  like the Electricity cable on the left, and the hint of homes being part of the happening. (May be just my expectation, but I do find when I express a photo of mine as being a bit extra special, I usually find presented here it isn't. But that is okay... I still love the photo.)

The next photo is looking more Easterly. Occurred on 15 February 2011.... now I have a dilemma with this photo because the time is recorded as 5.31am, yet I am utterly certain this event occurred at pm time.
February can be the intensest month of Summer in Queensland I find... but for a Sunrise, this really doesn't seem right. I had taken a series of photos on this day... they are all 'pm' except this one for some reason.... oh well, I believe this is the result of a Sunset effecting the Clouds in the East, I may be wrong, but I don't think so....

Definitely the result of a Sunset having begun, I am certain. Updating on 23.07.2011.... Well my certainty came undone with Filing... discovered I have over thirty photos of Clouds on the same day... most are pm, but quite a few were also am... and the above photo is one of the 'am' happenings. My phone Vivaz was quite correct. Quite a full day for Clouds it was on 15 February 2011 with the day's Sunrise and Sunset.

The next photo is also on the same day, but at 6.16pm...

One is looking North for the one above. I simply feel it is pretty. The Tree is a Jacaranda. Though Native to Tropical America, is a very popular Tree in Queensland. The Purple Flowering variety looks beautiful when in full bloom. Even the carpet of fallen Flowers is as picturesque to experience. Don't know what colour the one in the photo Flowers, as is still young. There are a row of those young Jacarandas, their growth has been boosted by all the rain experienced over Summer.

The next is also on the same day... it is now 6.20pm, only 4 minutes has passed, but... already the Eastern Sky is greying as the Sun's setting Light from the West lessens. The boon now is the Moon becomes involved....

I have re-focused towards the same Easterly direction, though looking a bit further North with the above photo. Wondrous how the Sun's setting Light gives so much accentuated beauty in the East. Interesting too, is on such occasions, the effects of the Sun's Light in the West is not as dramatic. I need to add a bit of a correction here also after the earlier update due to my discoveries while Filing... the day of 15 February 2011 was amazing for Clouds either East or West, which later Postings will show. Apologies and thanks combined included with the Update and Corrections. (Magda)

Next is a Sunrise which occurred on 4 April 2011 at 6.43am. Autumn it is in Australia for this photo....

I love the above photo. When I saw those wonderful Rays of Light, I simply hoped Vivaz might be able to record it, and the result as you can see is a definite yes! The Tree on the left is a Grevillea Silky Oak, which helped filter the brightness of the Sun's Light for me.

The final photo happened on 30 May 2011 at 3.59pm, so is recent. One is looking West....

Fabulous combination of Cloud textures happening. Another Grevillea Silky Oak is silhouetted on the right. On the left is what was the once-upon-a-time provider of Water for my rental's home. With the Property now being connected to Town Water, the tank remains as an ornament I presume. Such tanks are filled with concrete instead of being removed or continued to be used for water collection. The happening has its own controversies. In most instances though, they are not viable for continued usage unless maintained and updated. Owners may choose to do so, but Owners who rent out their properties mainly don't. Such tanks generally Journey the remainder of their lives with increasing rust occupation, until they finally crumble away as flakes of rust.

I hope you have enjoyed these few images from my Collection of Cloud Stories. Has been nice seeing them happen with a Post. I rather look forward to the next happening.

    1. *Hello LAURA,
Like the cutey you have changed your Logo to.

Apologies for delayed response. Me and Winter's beginning and Asthma are having a few challenges, leaving me rather bereft of energy and inclination for not much else than napping and tending to my Critter Family once I'm stable.

So very much appreciate reading your pleasure with my phone's successes with the Clouds. I feel repeatedly awed at what "Vivaz" achieves.

Forgive me, but I too think the photos are beautiful moments of Nature's Clouds. And gosh, appreciate even more you like reading my words accompanying the photos... you know me well enough to know I'm rather hopeless when it comes to words... they just flow from me. It's good they do seem to reach an ending in each Post! I know I feel relief when the time arrives.

Cute the way you express which Scenes are your favourites... I feel quite the same when choosing a set to Post.

      Appreciate you immensely Laura,
      huge hugs from Magda

    1. What a beautiful treat discovering you've Visited HEXENESSEL, Thank you.
Glad you are well, and whenever you have time, your letter will be welcomed.

I do so agree with you about Clouds. They have always been a Source of beauty and calm for me. In my Childhood, I used to lay on the concrete in the tiny enclosed yard in Sydney to watch the Clouds travel across the tiny amount of Sky I could see. Always Clouds are mesmerising, soothing and filled with Stories.
Is quite a treat being now in Queensland and seeing great expanses of Sky to enjoy the Clouds travelling about on and telling their Stories. I don't even have to lay down or crane my head back anymore, I can just sit and enjoy the experience. Though photographing them is irresistible, which I'm glad of as I can share them with you and others via Blogger.

Thank you for liking me as I am Doris, feels good being worthwhile in being me.

Huge hugs filled with Friendship to you Doris, with love from Magda

      Sorry I've been so dreadful.

Anything I write to express my appreciation in you and Heartpoet adopting my Blogs would be inadequate. Yet I do thank both of you.

I hope you enjoy any Visits you give, am truly pleased to have met you both... may the Love you each feel for each other shine as brightly forever... has been a beautiful surprise discovering two Heart and Soul linked Folk... gives a special Blessing to both my Blogs.

  4. Hopefully you haven't received my responses again. Apologies if does happen. I've changed my Comment form to the Embedded version. I like the option to directly reply to someone who has left their input, feels more personal. Then me being me, is now working my way through my Posts to re-place my responses into the Reply section. So some copying, pasting and deleting is happening.
