A Moment Given To Christchurch New Zealand

Welcome Visiting Reader,

You are probably aware of the Recent Earthquake that suddenly struck Australia's Neighbour New Zealand on Tuesday 22 February 2011....

Please Share With Me, Appreciated Visitor,
A Moment To Send Whatever Thoughts Feel Right
To Christchurch New Zealand And
All Its Inhabitants

There is one more part included for this sharing,
if you would not mind continuing by....

If you won't mind extending your thoughts to include Tropical North Queensland would be good.....

The damage from Cyclone Yasi in early February 2011 has not even been given the chance to be cleared effectively in places like Tully with the constant heavy rains causing repeated flooding to the region even as I write this.

I found a map showing Tully when it knew happier times.
A nice energy to refill the area with I'm hoping, and also hoping you agree....
I believe Tully can be again a Place to feel good to be in

I have circled the Mission Beach and Tully River... They had received the full impact when Yasi struck.... and all are still desperately struggling from continual floodings with the Natural Monsoonal Season in progress and the repeating Cyclones exasperating their already critical conditions.

The Map also shows how many beautiful areas were affected by Yasi and with present conditions prevailing, are also not getting the chance to recover and heal.

May our thoughts help do good for both Christchurch New Zealand, and Tropical North Queensland.

  3. Dear Magda

This is such a wonderful blog, insightful and heartfelt. I have been browsing and notice that you have repaired previous posts.

Strange how it is - major events Yasi, then New Zealand, then Japan. The maps and information that you include is well researched and informative.

I will check on your blog soon, about to update mine. Thank you for the comments - on both of my blogs.

Interesting posts on the bromeliads and the pineapple. I see the resemblance now.

    Take care.

  4. LauraK... you are a wonderful friend, I apologise for this delayed response to your always appreciated Visits and Thoughts.

Doing this Posting for Christchurch happened due to an inner inspiration urging me. Finding the needed material happened with ease... the Maps for NZ coming from a site in NZ. Then the actual Posting I felt encouraged to wait a day and do on Tuesday March 1st in the morning.

With achieving the requested feeling, learnt the inspirational guidance had purpose when I heard the mid-day ABC News that day... It had been a week since the horrid event occurred, and in Christchurch New Zealand there was in progress a 2minute Silence and Service for the lives lost because of the tragedy.

This Inspired Posting, in its way, became part of that 2minute Silence and Service....
I felt deeply moved and honoured to learn my doing really became part of the caring.

Then, I discovered your Comment... your timing and choice of Posting to express your thoughts could not have been more perfect... but then I have noticed you are a Natural Medicine Woman.

Hugs to you LauraK, with appreciation from Magda

  5. So pleased you like the bottom of my Homepage Laura K. I agree, fresh Eucalytpus Leaves do wonders for the senses.

The Eucalyptus and Koala are from the same Source, so if you 'click' on any one of them you'll be transported to the Wikipedia Page about them....

The same can be done with the Uluru/Ayres Rock Image.
The photo of Uluru is stunning... am thrilled it was available to include here.

With appreciation to you, from your Friend, Magda

  6. Hello Zane,
Felt real good arriving to find you've visited and left a Comment for me to enjoy... and you have been intuitive in choosing this Posting to Express your Thoughts...
I had not responded until now to write what eventuated with this Posting...
Am really pleased and I Thank You for contributing to what turned out to be a real Special Posting.

Gosh you do encourage me to feel good about the way this Blog is shaping. Makes my efforts and time really worth the doing.

Ah... the repair work... appreciate you noticing that... it is a slower process than I anticipated, but am slowly getting them done. Feels wonderful as I tick off each fulfilled repaired Post, especially watching the list of 'still to do' lessen.

I enjoy doing the Research... the challenge is putting what I find coherently together... really am grateful you find my effort worthwhile... your words reward me. Thank you.

Pleasure to give Comments when I visit your Blogs. I have a lot of fun wandering about them, reading and learning... you write with a natural flow, I get quite absorbed reading your Stories and of course your photos are visually captivating... though I do stiffen when I see the 'catches' and quickly move on, but I love what you write, so the Journey is worth coping with those moments.

I find I don't look at a Pineapple as just being deliciously edible anymore, they've become a link to an amazing array of Bromeliads as well now.

Thanks heaps for Visiting Zane, and choosing this Post to leave a Comment for... you deepened its purpose.
Heaps of good wishes to you from Magda
